Privacy notice

WhisperSift is an independent pre-launch public-data research service. If you request a pilot discussion, we collect your name, company, business email, category, target territory, optional note and consent timestamp, solely to review and respond to your inquiry.

Storage and retention

Details are stored with Cloudflare D1 in the United States. We automatically delete inquiry data after 90 days unless we have agreed another retention period with you or a legal obligation applies. Limited pseudonymous anti-spam counters expire after approximately two days. We do not sell your inquiry data or automatically enroll you in newsletters.

Access and choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to hello@whispersift.com. Please do not share payment card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information in the inquiry.

Service providers

Cloudflare processes our form and stores its data; Google Fonts delivers our web typography, which may process standard network metadata. No marketing analytics cookies are required for the form.
